How do I adust the mesurement of my arrow nudge in Microsoft 2003

I am trying to move Logos and boxes around but the nudge distance is too
large and I cannot get exact positioning. How do I change the measurement? I
know there are explanation how to do this for the newest version but I cannot
find it for 2003.

Hold down the Alt key when you move/size stuff with your mouse; then the
precision is yours!
