how do I add or remove meeting attendees w/out send to all?

I am trying to add or remove and attendee from a meeting maker and it send s
it to EVRYONE! ...it does not give me the Outlook 2003 option of : Do I want
to send to only the add/remove attednees or to the Send to all.

Have you restarted outlook since creating the meeting? There is a bug that
doesn't bring up the update option, but if you restarted outlook since
making the meeting, it should work as expected.
