I would like to add another IP address to a machine that
runs Windows 2000 and IBM HTTP Server. How do I do that?

Right-click the connection in Control Panel / Network and press Properties.
Select the Internet Protocol Component and press Properties
Press the Advanced button.

Press the Add button under Ip addresses.
