How do I add an email address & still receive mail from the old on

I need to change my email address to reflect my married name, but I do not
want to delete my old email address and account, because I want to ensure
that I continue receiving those emails. I'd like to set it up where all of
my reply emails and new emails are sent from my new email address, but that I
still receive emails if someone sends it to my old email account.

1) Get a new email address from your mail service provider.
2) Set up an additional email account in Outlook.

Email and Internet Service Providers let you set up multiple user accts. Just
set up a new user acct and select it as the default. You'll still get all
your other mail if you add the acct to Outlook. Consult the Help site for
your ISP.
