How do I add a sender w/o domain or email address to Safe Senders?

My ISP sends warning notices without a domain or email address (e.g., From:
HWM_Notice_From). Such notices get placed in my Junk E-mail folder which I'd
like to prevent.

I'm using Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6408) SP1.

When I try to add such a sender to the Junk Mail Safe Senders list I get
this nag: "The e-mail address or domain name you entered is not valid. Valid
entries include: (e-mail address removed) or example.com."

ISP Tech support explained that a an email address or domain is not supplied
because such messages are sent to me as a user within the ISP's mail system.

Creat a rule that all messages with 'HWM_Notice_From' get put into a diff
folder so you can see it easily.

Mary,

I tried that. Junk Mail has precedence over delivery rules so the message
ends up in the Junk Mail folder regardless of the delivery rule.

Thanks for the suggestion though...

I have not found that to be true. Try changing your Junk Mail settings to a
lower setting.

Mary,

Microsoft says otherwise, from:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP052429671033.aspx
*Rules and the Junk E-mail Filter

Rules are now designed so that they do not act on messages that have
been
moved to the Junk E-mail folder. This keeps e-mail considered to be junk
in the
correct place rather than moving it to another folder according to the
rule.

*As of Office 2003 SP1

My filter setting is already set as low as you can go at: Low
