How do I remove a sender from the safe senders list?

If I add the sender to the blocked senders list after unintentionally adding
it to the safe senders list, will the sender be removed from the safe senders
list?
I cannot find how to view the safe senders list to check it.

Outlook version please?

In Outlook 2007, right click on any message and select Junk E-mail, then
Junk E-Mail Options.
