How do I add a link to all my web pages in one step?

I'm just trying to add one link on all pages in one step so I don't have to
do it individually to all the pages.
 
Create the page with the link and save it. Then, on all the other pages you
would use the FrontPage Include (Insert, Web Component, Include Page) to
include it on each page. Then when you want to make an update you update
the include page and all pages will update.
