How do I add a licensed program to this machine?

I added "Binder" from Office 97 to my computer, which is using Office 2000
and now I can not open Access. The error messages says "Access can not start
because there is no license for it on this computer."

It is my old Office 97 from before I upgraded to Office 2000.

What should I do?

Common problem usually caused by, of all things, a font.

See, this is why Office should be open-source. I would *love* to see the
code that checks the filename of the font and then complains about
licensing. Just think of all the other amusement we would find!

And think of all the amusement that hackers would find. To be useful, it
needs to work and be secure. It doe not need to be open for everyone to see
and meddle with.
