How do I add a company logo with an embedded hyperlynk at the end of sent mail

I am using Outlook 2000 and I would like to add a jpg(or ?) company logo at
the end of every message I send out that also contains an embedded hyperlink
so that when the recipient clicks on the logo, it opens IE and goes to the
company web site. I have tried creating it in Word then pasting but that
didn't work. I also have an incomming e-mail that does this but when I cut
and paste it into another e-mail, it loses its functionality? If anyone has
any info or can point me in the right direction it would be very much
appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve P.

Yes, I tried using HTML and Rich Text. I tried embedding it as a signature.
I did get it to work once in an e-mail but when I copied it to another
e-mail it lost its functionality and would no longer recognize the
hyperlink. I know it can be done because I have e-mails from others that
have it. It looks like it is part of their "signature" setup.
