how do i acsses files that are in a password protected user area

hi my computer restarts everytime it gets on to the windows xp loading screen
and i do not no how to fix this problim and any ideas would be great? however
all i realy need are my files and i have conected my haddrive to anotehr
computer to try and acses my files and it will allow me to acses everything
apart from th stuf in my user area i think this is because i had a pasword on
my user and i have no other user area on that hardrive apart frm that one,
all i need is to acses the files any advice would be great thanks.

Assuming you are putting the drive in another XP machine, you need to take
ownership of the folder
