HOW DO I ACCESS OUTLOOK EXPRESS EMAIL ACCT WHILE AWAY?

HOW DOES EVERYONE ELSE ACCESS THEIR EMAIL WHILE TRAVELING? TRIED REGISTERING
WITH HOTMAIL, THINKING THAT WAS THE SOLUTION. NO SUCCESS. ANY SUGGESTIONS
OUT THERE? THANKS.
 
does your email service offer a web interface?

BTW - you won't be able to see mail you already downloaded, only what is
left on the server.
