how do I access my mail from work at home if I dont know my info

i have an e-mail account at work through outlook. it is set up through a
short cut and I have never had to actually type in a password. Now i am
trying to check my e-mail on my home computer and am having trouble getting
into it Is there anything I can do about it? On this site I put in my work
e-mail address so please contact me at:[email protected]
 
Ask the person who is in charge of your work e-mail server for that
information.
