How do I access Inbox repair tool - I can't get my email

I think I deleted a file accidentally. Trying to get to Inbox Repait Tool,
can't find it. I can't get my email from servers - have good connection.
Also can't access file folders in Outlook

You might want to try a repair installation from the Office install CD

Open Windows Explorer and enter this in the Address field:

%CommonProgramFiles%\system\MSMAPI\1033

Click Go. Do you see "scanpst"?
