All the features of Outlook 2003 do not seem to be installed. Outlook 2003
on the computer my company provides has all options (like copy folder
design). When using the Outlook help it instructs me but the feature I'm
looking for is not there. I've even reinstalled 2003 customizing the
installation to install all features and yet this one is not there. Any
suggestions?
 
The COpy Folder Design command is available only when you are working with
Microsoft Exchange as your mail server.
