How do I apply the same design to all Inbox subfolders?

I'm running Outlook 2003. After reinstallation I lost my Inbox folder design
and need to redo it. But since I have many subfolers I wanted new design to
apply to all of subfolders.

Outlook Help advises the following: "1. On the Go menu, click Folder List.
2. In the Folder List, click the folder you want to copy. 3. On the File
menu, point to Folder, and then click Copy Folder Design."

But I don't have "Copy Folder Design" option in File Menu. What should I do ?

Did you click the folder whose design you wanted to copy and then click
File, then Folder, then "Copy Folder Design"? After selecting Folder, I see
the items "New Folder", "Send Link to This Folder" (grayed), "Move
<foldername>", "Copy <foldername>", "Copy Folder Design", "Delete
<foldername>", "Rename <foldername>", "Customize the Searcfh Folder" (grayed
if a Search Folder isn't selected), "Sharing", and "Properties for
<foldername>". What do you see for the File>Folder submenu?
