Essentially you have to have Remote Desktop enabled on that end (the
office), you have to have the proper ports opened in the Windows XP Firewall
(if enabled) or any other software firewall you have and you have to have
the ports opened/forwarded through any 'office' firewall they have provided
for your protection at the office.
