It's free -- comes along with Internet Explorer. If you've got its functions
covered by something else, e.g., Outlook and a third-party newsgroup reader,
you can ignore it. You can probably remove it, too, but I've never looked
into that.
All that said, this newsgroup is for questions and answers about Microsoft
Access database software. Using the Microsoft online user interface, if
you'll continue to scroll down, you'll find newsgroups specifically intended
for Outlook Express and Outlook. Asking your question there will greatly
improve your chances of getting the answer you need.
