How di I add items to task list

I have multiple machines with a CD writer and a DVD writer. On one
particular machine, I open the My Documents folder, then select My Pictures.
On the left side, there is a grouping labeled "Picture Tasks". ALL of my
other machines have a selection that says "Copy to CD" except this one
machine. I also do not have the ability to "send" an item to the CD from
the Explorer pages.

How does one add this capability to include (or add) the "Copy to CD"
selection to the task list?? Isn't Windows supposed to "know" there is a
writable drive and add this selection automatically??

Any ideas or suggestions??

Start - Run - Copy/Paste the following and click OK :
rundll32 mydocs.dll,PerUserInit
