Good idea to present your powerpoint through dvd player.
You can share it conveniently with your friends and families.

There are many methods, including free ways
You can know more about it from an article:
http://www.ppt-to-video.com/support/knowledges/powerpoint-on-tv.html
But here I would suggest you burn your PowerPoint to DVD, and play it
on TV with a DVD player, this is the best method as far as I know.

Acoolsoft PPT2DVD is a professional PowerPoint to DVD conversion tool
which helps you easily burn PowerPoint to DVD, or converts them to
MPEG Video.
With 3-Click simplicity, you can burn your PowerPoint presentations on
DVD with transitions, animations, sound and movies retained. You can
even create flexible DVD Menus for your PowerPoint presentations to
play on TV with a DVD remote control.

You can read more about this tool from:
http://www.ppt-to-video.com/powerpoint-to-dvd-overview.html

Or simply you can download a free trial version first:

1, The dirctory way is using PPT2DVD http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com to
convert your powerpoint presentation to DVD.
2, Windows Movie Maker, after you save you presentation to JEPG fomat
you can import this photo to windows movie maker but you can not
remain your anmations and sounds.
3. Using some screen record like comtasia, When you play your PPT you
can record it. Find comtasia

Sorry Judith, could you remind me who you work for?
Sean - if you wish to turn your powerpoint into a dvd compatible file see
here:
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00156.htm

I think Austin was suggesting creating the whole thing in Movie Maker (which
makes sense to me too) so sound and animations can be added.
Sean - have a look here to get you started and see how easy it can be :)

Whoops! Bit of a typo Judith - I think you mean camtasia?

So-----'Sean'ã€'(e-mail address removed)' and '(e-mail address removed)',You are at
the same group, right? You're marketing staff for the software you
recommended,right?
If you're going to spam the newsgroup, have someone else do the response.
Your extremely poor English skills and mechanical style give you away.
