How can you turn off reminders sent to you from other people?

Customer receives reminders for baby showers, etc, sent to a large
distribution. Can she selectively turn off reminders? She doesn't want to
disable all reminders.

What exactly do you mean when you use the term "reminders"? Are they Outlook
reminders with a popup box and maybe a sound, or are you talking about
e-mails that are being sent to her?
