You either need to buy Adobe Acrobat or some sort of add-in program on the
market that creates PDF files from Word documents. Obviously Adobe Acrobat
is going to cost more, but worth it if you need all the functionality. Try
going to www.google.com and doing a search for "Convert Word to PDF". I'm
sure you'll find lots.

Maybe someone else here will recommend a product other than Adobe. I happen
to own it so I don't know much about the other products out there.

Hi Isabel,

Apart from Adobe Acrobat Distiller (not the free reader), other products
include:
JAWS PDF Creator, MULP21PDF, GhostScript, PDF995, RoboPDF, FreePDF, Serif
PagePlus, Win2PDF, Go2PDF, Paperless Printer, etc.

Cheers

I find pdf995 brilliant, it also saves other forms of documents as pdf as
well, including cad drawings

Google search for pdf995, its free and not large
