How can you receive all email into inboxes of all users in OUtloo.

How can you receive all email into all user Outlook inboxes when you receive
email? For example, if I log in and get the email, it doesn't go into my
wifes Outlook inbox. We want it to go into both of our inboxes, so we don't
have to switch users all the time to see what email came in.
