Grab a large mono plug and one of the little mono plugs and a chunk of
stereo wire from your local RadioShack® (or similar) and build a plug that
goes from the output (large) on your guitar to the input (you can use the
mic input if you don't have another input with your sound card) on your PC.
Set Audacity to record what you hear... If you insist on going out through
the pedal just use the two small plugs (are they 1.4 mm or something like
that?) but keep in mind it will be pre-amped at the pedal so be sure to at
least keep the volume (on the pedal) at a very low volume.
