How can I view my Adobe photo deluxe photos on XP?

I have a number of discs of photos saved with Adobe photo deluxe, a program I
had for win 98. Is there any way I can view them on XP professional because
the Adobe program won't load on XP?

Try the freeware XnView:
http://www.xnview.com/
It lists .pdd as a compatible format.

And...you may be able to run Adobe
PhotoDeluxe on your WinXP system if
you use compatibility mode.
