How can I use the same contacts, calendar, etc. with 2 different .

I want to be able to use the sames contacts, calendar, tasks, etc. as I use
at work for my home email profile. I VPN in to my office network and
synchronize my folders at home, so I have up to date contacts and calendar,
etc.

I want to avoid having to periodically copy my contacts and calendar from
work over to my home email profile.
