you don't actually need a server to use outlook (i don't have one, but i do
have an internet connection via an internet service provider) - give us a
bit more of an idea of what you're trying to achieve and we might be able to
some up with a workable solution.
You don't "get" a server. DO you have any mail applicatons on your system
now, like Outlook Express? If so, you use the same information in Outlook
that you use in that other application.
