How can I use the Genko Settings in Word 2007?

I want to create a genko page for use in my Japanese language class. I
cannot figure out how to activate it or use it. The only instructions on the
microsoft page are for Word 2003 and are of no help. I have Japanese already
installed and I am using Vista
