I want comments which don't have the word "Comment" in every one.

I am a Japanese teacher and use "insert comment" a lot in my teaching
materials to add English notes to a Japanese script or reading. I don't need
the word "Comment [m1]" in every comment. It takes up space, is annoying and
unnecessary. How do I change the format so I just get an empty balloon which
I can type in?
