Comments in Word 2002

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm having a problem locating comments in
Word 2002. In the previous version of Word (2000), when I pressed the Show
invisibles button, the comments appeared with the reviewer's initials in
square brackets with the comments number next to the initials. Now all I can
(barely) see is a thin line to indicate a comment and if I open the review
pane, I have to scroll through hundreds of tracked changes to get to the
comment. I have the balloon option switched off, because I find it
distracting. Is there any way to have balloons just for the comments, or any
other easy way to see the comments?
Thanks,
Suroor

If you have ScreenTips enabled, you should be able to see the comments, at
least in Normal view. That's certainly the case in Word 2003, but
unfortunately several of the reviewing tools features were poorly
designed/implemented in Word 2002 and corrected in Word 2003, and that may
be one of them.

Thanks, Suzanne. I think this was one of the features that was poorly
designed. We're being upgraded to Word 2003 later this year, so will manage
with this for now!
