Set the language of the taskbar title for a Word document

A weird thing happened after I enabled several languages on my computer.
Word documents that I produce now have Japanese titles in the Windows taskbar
at the bottom of the screen! I don't know how to fix this and if anyone
knows, please advise me.

Did you try disabling the languages you enabled?
