Need to rid my document page of too many taskbars?

[First time computer user]

Hey there,
I am a new word user, (using Word 2003) and I need to typw my paper. I
happen to have way to many taskbars above my document. Please help me get rid
of 4 taskbars that bascally all show/read the same tasks.

From the View menu, select Toolbars and uncheck the ones that you do not
want to see.
