If you don't have Office, you buy two copies of Outlook
2003 Upgrade and insert the CDs in each computer.

If you do have Office, buy two Office Upgrade and install.
 
If you are or ever have been a student, you can buy the Student-teacher
edition of Office-- it's inexpensive--and install it on up to 3 computers. PS
There is no stand alone Outlook upgrade version.
