Upgrading from Outlook 2000 to 2003?

Can I upgrade from Outlook 2000 to 2003 by simply running the Office 2003
Disk and selecting Outlook only? If so, how do I ensure I won't lose all my
Outlook 2000 materials - emails, contacts, settings, etc.?

Assuming you don't have an Exchange server, make a backup of your .PST file
from Outlook 2000 before commencing.

After the upgrade you should create a new PST file using Outlook 2003 (a
native 2003 Unicode format PST) and then open the old PST file and move
(drag and drop) items you want to keep into it.
