How can I update outlook 2003 for a newer version?

I currently have outlook 2003 and would like to know if I can update to a new
version, do I have to purchase? And how can I download it again.

you'll need to buy it. if you use office 2003, upgrading the entire office
suite will give you the best experience.

You didn't download "it" in the first place providing that you have a
legitimate install. You bought it, someone gave it to you, or you stole
it. If you want a new version, you'll have to do the same as you did
before when you got the prior version.
