Can't install update from kb 933493; unexpected version

Outllook 2007 on XP. Outlook receives slowly, system runs slowly. Found
update 933493, which updates outlook.exe and Mspst32.dll to
version12.0.6014.5000. I have an older version of mspst32 and a newer version
of outlook. If I try to install, I get "the expected version of the product
was not found on the system "

How can I just update mspst32.dll? Or should I do something else?

Thanks

Which version number of Outlook do you have currently? Did you perhaps
install any other hotfixes which raised the version number of Outlook?

Sorry I had to piggyback onto this thread. For some reason it wouldn't let
me create a new thread. I'm running Outlook Pro 2007 on Vista 32bit. Ever
since I installed it I've gotten a pop up box most times in the bottom right
corner when I start it telling me a data file didn't close correctly. I
reinstalled but that didn't make it go away. Yesterday however when I went
to start Outlook, it crashed with the following problem:

Problem signature:

Additional information about the problem:
LCID: 1033

I'm up-to-date on my window's updates. The second time I try to open
Outlook, it tries in safe mode but then fails with same error. The third
time it trys to run the detect and repair but instead of running detect and
repair it installs Office Visual Web Developer 2007. Can anyone please help
me?

Will
