Weird error with mouse after applying 933493 to OL2007

I applied 933493 to address performance issues with large PST files.
Definitely the performance of OL2007 increased, there is now almost no
lag time when moving / deleting emails or switching between PST files.

However, since installing this update, I have a weird problem.
Whenever my mouse cursor lands close to the vertical resize bar of the
navigation pane, I get a popup from Outlook that says, "Cannot start
the program or add-in. Close some windows and programs. If that
doesn't work, try restarting Microsoft Windows." If I turn the
navigation pane off and goto the far left of the Outlook window - I
still get the message, so it doesn't see related to the navigation
pane. I turned off the importance column, so the first column in my
message view is the "Icon" field ... and this problem seems to happen
when I'm just on the left of this field. If I'm in a folder with no
emails, this error does not pop up.

Also I noticed that since applying this 933493, when my cursor is over
the resize bar of the navigation pain - the cursor disappears. This
also happens on the right-hand resize bar between the reading pain and
the to-do bar.

Anybody else experienced these symptoms?

Thanks,
-Chris

Do you get the same behavior when you are running in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
