I'm getting an "Interface error" who can I contact to fix it?

My message, "the message interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists restart outlook". It is Outlook 2002. I would like to
contact and pay someone who can fix the problem or should I purchase a newer
version of outlook? I cannot send, receive or delete messages or update
contacts.
