How can I UNinstall old TweakUI?

I upgraded from Win98 to XP Pro then downloaded the new TweakUI
for XP. On the MS site it says I must uninstall the previous
version but I can't see it in the install/uninstall programs
dialog and don't even know where the program is. Can't see it in
my Start Menu. How do I remove it before installing the new one?

The old TweakUI installed on the Control Panel, I seem to
remember that there is an uninstaller in its folder.
