I have a shared Outlook 2003 calendar and several other people can book
appointments, is there any way to track who made the entry?

Thank you, I found that this works but only if the appointment was booked
through the other person’s calendar as an invitation. What I need do is
track the people who have access to enter directly to my calendar are
entering appointments that way.

Add the organizer field to a table view (like By Category).
