Appointment schedualing

When I send appointments to my boss, It doesnt populate into both his
computers personal calender and his shared calender that he shares out with
the rest of the important people. It will only populate into one or the
other and he is too lazy to drag it five feet and drop it into the other.

Is thier any way I can make Outlook populate all recieved appointments into
both his personal and shared callenders?

No, not without using an addin. Outlook adds them only to the default
calendar. That calendar should be the one he shares out, BTW.
