How can I sync my favorites from IE and Netscape?

I use IE for most everything and all of my entertainment browsing
because it has much better support for most web pages, especially with
audio and video. But I use Netscape for a lot of my business surfing
only because of the taps capability. I much prefer haveing the tabs at
the top, opening 10-15 pages, and then just going through each tab.

What I need is a simple or preferably automated way of keeping all of my
saved links (Favorites from IE & Bookmarks from NS) synchronized. I'm
looking for something that when the last browser window closes, or when
I click on a icon, it runs an app that compares the two and makes them
the same.

I would also like it to be able to make some type of file in a Briefcase
that would be shared with my laptop so that my laptop would be synched also.

Has anyone seen such a application?

Thanx, Dave.

Have you thought of using SlimBrowser? It's IE based and
has tab browsing facility. The favourites are common to IE
and SlimBrowser. Actually, once you start using
SlimBrowser you won't bother with IE nor Netscape. You can
find it at download.com If you do install it, do it while
offline to ensure "extras" are not added to your computer.
