Favorites in IE 7

When I try to add to favorites in IE 7.0, the list of folders is totally
jumbled. It bears no relation to my actual sorting of my Favorites. Is there
any way to sort them alphabetically so that I'm not searching the entire list
for the folder that I want to bookmark a site in?
Thanks,

usually accessing Favorites from Start menu , right click and SORT by Name.

Thanks for reply. My favorites list is sorted by name. It is when I want to
add a site to my favorites, the window asking Create In lists all my favorite
folders, but they are in no coherent order, and not alphabetical as in my
favorites list. Therefore when I search for the folder that I want, I have to
scan down through the folders searching for the desired folder. If they were
alphabetical as they were in IE 6.0, it would be easy to find the folder.
This problem occurred when I converted to IE 7. Any ideas as to how to
correct this?
