First, look for it under Start|All Programs|Startup. If the link is in
that folder, delete it.
If not, you could see if msconfig has it.
Start|Run
type "msconfig" without the quotation marks.
Click the Startup tab and look for the file. Uncheck it.
When you restart, you'll get a warning that the start was modified.
Just tell it not to show this again and you're on your way.
