How Can I start to use Access 2007 Runtime

I have just installed the full version of Office2007 and downloaded Access
2007 Runtime, however, I cannot find the runtime application on my PC. Has
anybody else had this problem, if so, did you find a satisfactory solution.
Your help will be appreciated.AH
