how can I share my local fax device?

Can I share my local fax device (fax modem) to other pc within a network?
How to do that? (I right click the fax device and share, it says this
printer is not sharable)

The Windows XP fax module cannot be shared. It can serve as a
client to a fax server on a Microsoft Small Business Server or
Microsoft Server 2003 host. Commercial fax products may offer that
capability but you have to purchase a license for each client. It
would be cheaper to install $15.00 modems in each computer and fax
directly.
