How can i setup XP Pro so that no one can alter my setup/desktop/settings ??

I want to keep my settings in XP Pro as the are now..
Everything is CLEAN and FAST.. So i want to be able to
either "DISABLE" or make an "TOTAL UNDO" function in XP so
that no one can change anything..

By this i mean, they can browse internet,browse
(open,copy) files,listen to music,run programs,and so..

But i do not want them to CHANGE any settings,nor do i
want them to be able to install anything more
(programs,plugins,other)

They will only be able to use the system AS IS.. and may
have one folder to save files in (or a backup HardDrive)

How can this be done? Any programs/settings/reg files/MS
programs availible to do this, I am ADMIN and have ADMIN
rights.. So i can change everything..
But i'd also like this to apply to my own admin account
(unless i enter a passwd somewhere to unlock the system)
