How can I set up My outlook to Auto logg in my Pop Email account?

I have POP Email using the SBC yahoo Dsl service, and I have attempted all
possible options to Auto logg me in as soon as I open Outlook. I have done
this successfully for my sisters Laptop. All she has to do is open Outlook
then she is good to go. Mine is a desktop and everytime as i change the
settings under the E-Mail account, and open outlook again, I'm prompted by
network logg in to type in my password. I have also changed the settings and
restarted my PC and still I ge the same result. what can i do. By the way,
My sister also uses the SBC yahoo DSL. I'm Posting this question because the
DSL tech support couldn't go anywhere with this.
