I cannot launch Outlook

I cannot launch Outlook from MSOffice Pro 2003. My ISP is SBC Yahoo! DSL -
every time I click on the 'email' icon in the toolbar, the system tries to
launch Outlook, as it is SBC Yahoo's default email client. However the
launch is aborted and I get a prompt to click to confirm the names id'd in
the MSExchange Server box and the Mailbox. The name automatically entered in
the MSExchange Server box is 'SPD Computer', which is the name of my machine
(I think this may be the root problem, as I think the system needs to point
to an SBC Yahoo server, by I have no idea what identity it may have) - the
mailbox is my name, which I believe is correct. Once I get through this, the
computer simply shuts down Outlook - I can't get to the toolbar or anything
else to try to fix any settings that may not be correct.

'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|View or change existing email accounts',
select "Microsoft Exchange Server", and click the "Remove" button. SBC
Yahoo doesn't use Exchange Servers for public mail; unless you have an
Exchange Server at work that you use, you don't need this service in your
profile
