How can I set the display to VGA (192 DPI) on Win Mobile 2003 SE using CF VB.NET ?

Hello,

I downloaded the new Emulator Images from Microsoft and also the "Developer
Resources for Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition package".

Can I use the VGA (192 DPI) mode with CF VB.NET?
Is there some C-Code available to set the display to the VGA mode?

There's a lot of information in the Windows Mobile 2003 SE white paper from
Microsoft about to get System Metrics, DPI, etc., and how I can develope
software which runs on QVGA and VGA and also with Landscape mode.

But I found no information about how I can use VGA mode.
