How can I send or reply to email without the person receiving it.

I am in a TV Show and ever since it began last week I've received tons of
email from fans through my website. I would like to reply to these emails
but I don't want them to know my real email address, therefore, i'm trying to
find a way to send or reply to an email without the person seeing my email
address or being able to reply to it.

They already know since they sent email to you <s> You can set up another
email account from let us say (Hotmail) for example and put in whatever you
want as personal info. Why bother when they already have your real email ady
IMHO
